1) Make sure Email Notifications are turned ON for your Neighbor profile. To verify, go to your Account Profile and verify that Email Notifications flag is set to ON.
If the flag is set to Off, edit your profile, turn Email Notifications ON and save the profile.
2) Check your Email's SPAM folder. On rare cases, emails originating from your website's email address can end up in SPAM. If you do find your website emails in SPAM folder, you should add your website's email address to your Address book.
